Terms & agreement
  1. 1.The agent or other person ordering the photos is referred to as the Client. The Client is purchasing a license to use the photographs and/or video for the marketing of the property, not ownership of the photographs or video themselves. Tide & Co. Media retains all copyrights and ownership of the images and video. The Client may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise provide the photographs or video to any other person or business, including other agents, sellers, or third parties, without prior written permission from Tide & Co. Media.
  2. 2.The property is expected to be fully prepared for photography and/or video at the scheduled appointment time, including clutter removal and any other necessary preparations. If the property is not adequately prepared at the scheduled time, the shoot may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation/rescheduling fee of up to $100 may apply.
  3. 3.The Client or a representative is encouraged to attend the shoot and communicate any specific requests or areas they would like photographed. If the Client or their representative does not attend or provide specific direction, Tide & Co. Media will use its professional discretion when determining what to photograph. If the Client requests a reshoot because a specific photograph or detail was not captured and that request was not communicated prior to or during the original shoot, a $50 trip fee may apply.
  4. 4.A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Please confirm that the property will be ready and available before this deadline. A $100 cancellation/rescheduling fee may be charged for cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice. Exceptions may be made for inclement weather or other circumstances at the discretion of Tide & Co. Media.
  5. 5.Any requests for changes, corrections, or revisions to delivered photographs and/or video must be submitted within one week of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may be subject to additional fees.
